Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Sabir Digital Academy account using the form below. You do not need to be signed into the App to submit this request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, phone, address, gender, date of birth).
• Profile photo you uploaded.
• All course enrollments and course progress.
• Payment submission records (receipts, screenshots).
• Chat messages between you and support.
• Testimonials and notifications.

What may be retained

Anonymized financial / transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by law (taxation, accounting, fraud prevention). These no longer identify you.

Timing

Requests submitted via this form are reviewed and processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account is deleted.
